Gainsight Assist Outlook Associate Email to CTA

CSM Champion Suggestion:

just received confirmation from the CSM that suggested this. She would like to be able to an existing CTA to different email/timeline entries. In the GS link you provided below, I don’t see where they state that this would be for an existing CTA. The thought would be for a CSM to be able to:

  1. Access GS assist from Outlook (see screenshot example)

  2. the name of the company/relationship field is already there (type in the company name)

  3. Have a CTA “search option” from the company/relationship name you just documented and search for the CTA the email should be attached to

      Agreed, our CSMs would like to see the ability to associate records from our Outlook’s Gainsight Assist view. Specifically they want to link emails to existing CTAs. Manually going into the CTA to associate the Timeline Activity is an extra step that takes extra time in their workflows. Thanks!
