• This remains a critical pain point for our team that requires immediate attention
• Current manual logging options, including GS Home, don’t provide the efficiency we need
• We’d like to see a single, enhanced automated solution rather than multiple manual logging options

2. Gmail Integration 

• As a fundamental tool that I assume is used by most of Gainsight’s customers, the current integration lacks necessary functionality
• Specifically, we need improved subfield capabilities for email integration 
• We’ve noticed some new features duplicate existing functionality (e.g., calendar features)
