Having the ability to inject java/HTML/CSS pre homepage load to generate company based splash screen. This would be used to provide company branding and also News/Alerts/Articles to the CSM community.

Response from Gainsight Support: “Currently, it does not support the ability to inject a custom HTML splash screen before the homepage loads. Modifying the initial page load sequence or inserting custom HTML at that stage is not supported.”
