Feature that would be nice, ability to take attachment from Microsoft Outlook and Drag and Drop into Timeline item either embed the attachment or stop the requirement to download file and upload.
My Workaround provided to CSM:

-> Login to Laptop
-> Open Microsoft Outlook
-> Find Email of Interest
-> Right click on Attachment inside Microsoft Outlook
-> Select Upload
-> Select OneDrive and your account
In your One Drive View get the Link for the document
-> Login to Gainsight PROD/Sandbox
-> Find your Timeline Entry
-> Select Insert Link the Chain Icon
You can provide Text for Attachment with URL which you can
provide from Microsoft One-Drive.
This option means you can send to OneDrive and take Link to Attachment inside Gainsight. You can remove the requirement to save to local desktop and keep it remote and organize your attachments in One Drive.
The Attachment Icon needs for the file to be present on Desktop, where the Link can call out to:
-> Google Drive
-> Microsoft One-Drive
-> SAS Network Drive
-> Drop Box
-> SharePoint
