When ever we receive emails from Gainsight for any task/CTA assigned can we have the ability to include Company name as well.
For example:
If the CTA/Task is created for Relationship then only the CTA name and Relationship name is displayed but not Company name.

+4This is hopefully very simple and should be relevant for all Relationship-level CTAs as they must all have a corresponding Company name through the CTA > Relationship > Company relationship.
The workaround for this would be adding the Company name to the CTA which is redundant and goes against best practice (data redundancy/duplication)
Ideally, the subject should also be updated from:
A CTA ([CTA Name]) has been assigned to you
to
A CTA ([CTA Name]) has been assigned to you for [Relationship] ([Company])
For our Users who prefer to use email notifications vs in-app, they want to understand the context of the notification without leaving their inbox and omitting the Company name from the email/subject doesn’t allow this.
