Blockers to using:

  • Cannot re-label global filters.  Since we use lookups, each filter would be labeled GSID
  • Different Home experiences for different personas (similar to c360 assignment layouts)
  • Activity type when using a scorecard object defaults to Update, but should default to Health Score Update

Nice to haves:

  • Ability to lock global filters - for example, managed as Customer
  • Widgets should be clickable in Summary
  • Difficult to re-order (screen share might be needed)
  • Cannot create filters on non-Company objects - for example, Timeline author or CTA owner

    No ability to lock CSM filter to current user. Sad face. 😞

      It’s so hard to understand why there is this great disparity between features…

      If Dashboard filters can be locked, why not in Home?
      Same as using Data Spaces as source, even if the company's GSID exists in the object, Home does not allow you to filter the report. If we can do that in a Dashboard, why not in Home?

        I’m exploring the new Home updates, and while my first impressions are quite positive, I was sad to see that it’s still not possible to lock a filter, I wonder why the feature disparity between Dashboards and Home? On that same note I would love if Dashboard filters could have advanced logic like in Home to add an OR between filters.
