Gainsight Home - Multiple Scorecard Support
Haven’t seen this here yet, feel free to delete if it’s captured in another post:
I’d like the option to display the health across multiple scorecards or at least, when more than one is present, select the one I want to display (allow me to toggle and tell me which one I’m seeing) in the main GS Home ribbon:
Edit: Evidently this is supported, but not when multiple scoring schemes are being used - Title really should then be “Multiple Scorecard Scheme Support”
