Gainsight PX Knowledge bot - side mark

Depending on the page, the Knowledge Bot sometimes sits atop UI elements and is cumbersome to move around. It would be great if it could be also designed as a side bookmark. And have the option to align it relative to page margins, not pixels, as users have different devices with different resolutions.

When the user clicks then on the bookmark, it opens the bot with all its content.
