Gainsight - Tasks (Contributors and Group Selection)

Comment from CSM: “Currently in a task you can only assign one owner. Some tasks require collaboration between two or more.”

Using Activiti BPMN before I could use group membership for tasks so that collaboration could be performed between multiple investigator members. In this example multiple CSM’s can be allocated to customer and 1 task could be split into multiple activities, this is where group allocation could help and also provide contributor access to tasks so if someone is on vacation someone can still contribute and have potential to take over the task outstanding.
