Building off of this idea -
It would be amazing if our customers receive certain number of points each month that they could give away, so when another customer answers their question they can award them thank you points.
I know we can give points for best answers but it will mean more if the Customer member could get certain points each month to award other members.

Additionally, having a separate column on the leaderboard for points awarded by others would be fantastic. This would allow my team to identify and reward those individuals with special swag for their contributions.
I am interested to know what you are thinking as the workflow to enable the user to award the points
