Global Timeline: Admin View

Would be great as an admin if there was a view of the Global Timeline that would show me all the drafts. We are heavy users of email to timeline, and anytime I need to troubleshoot why an email didn't attach, I wind up having to become the user with the problem in order to troubleshoot. Would love to be able to see all the drafts without having to take that extra step.

      We're going through this right now. It make trouble shooting very difficult and we often end up getting Gainsight Support involved when IF we had more visibility into user drafts I probably could have resolved on my own.

        This problem definitely needs to be solved, but as of now we have not been able to prioritise this due to other high priority items. Will update this thread once we have some visibility on this feature.

        How about exposing an MDA object for Drafts that we can build a report via Report Builder on?  This would allow us to report across all our org’s users and follow-up w/them individually.
