It would be amazing if Gainsight could surface contact curation based on meetings scheduled on the calendar. Ex. The calendar has a meeting with 3 external contacts. 2 aren’t tied to a relationship and 1 isn’t found at all. If the system could surface those insights and even assist in the creation/association that would be amazing. Data hygiene is a big challenges, particularly with contacts. AI/Automation to assist in this capacity would be incredible.
