Goals Library Sorting

We are rolling out a new SP which will heavily rely on Goals. We will especially be leaning on the Goals Library. I noticed a couple things:

1. There does not appear to be a way for an admin to set the default ordering of the list of Library Goals. The admin view can be sorted by name as can the user view, but that is a temporary sort and it will reset once you leave the page. At the minimum, the admin should be able to sort the default order alphabetically. However, full control of the order would be a more robust solution. Currently it appear to sort based on how they were entered, which brings me to point 2:
    
2. When creating new library entries, it adds the most recent addition to the top of this list. Because of that behavior, I created a slew of Library Goals from Z to A so that they would show up alphabetically. If that wasn’t a big enough pain, when I go back today, I see now they are default sorted in the order I put them in -- i.e., the default order is now Z-A. It should auto sort alphabetically while adding new items, or at the very least with the first entered being set at the top of the list. Additionally, if it’s going to set the list this way when adding Library Goals, it shouldn’t flip the order later.

These two things are frustrating enough. To add to it though, adding a Goal to the Library later is a daunting thing. I will either have to deal with it being at the bottom? top? of the list, or I’ll have to remove them all and input them all again to keep it in a default clean order.
