It would be great to have the ability to have additional details from a Gong timeline activity available. Right now there are limited features available once a Gong call has been brought into Gainsight and we’d love the ability to create actionable activities based on the call in Gong. One of our ideas is to have the “sentiment” field available so we could trigger a risk CTA or CTA based on the call sentiment. It would also be great to pull the action items and notes out of the timeline activity to allow better use of the information.
