In community forums there is a toggle to choose if the activity in that forum contributes towards user statistics and ranks. Requesting that this feature is also available for public/private groups.

This is especially important as private group activity is artificially skewing the attribution of points/ranks/badges, as these closed threads are serving a separate use case vs driving overall community value...which is where gamification should be focused.
