At the moment, the Group Send feature only allows the CSM for that account to utilize it. That is very restricting.
We have a group of product implementation specialists that also work on the same accounts. They get a blocked sign when they go to that area of the product. It cuts out many people who could benefit from this feature.

Will there be any webinar or product sessions on Group Send, if we now have the ability for teams other than CSMs to be able to leverage the tech to send outreach to groups of customers?
I have an internal call next week to discuss how we can use Gainsight for customer enablement activities as this could be something we can explore.
