It would be cool to have the ability to clone a success plan and then manually assign that plan to either the account that you clone the success plan from or to a totally separate account. You could use this if you manually create a success plan and like the layout but your use case isn't valid enough to create a whole rule around it.

having the ability to clone enables a more seamless workflow - looking forward to this new feature to go live soon!
We frequently run implementations that are based on previous ones and we often have interlinked success plans for larger programmes. Current Gainsight functionality requires us to create these individually which is time-consuming and not a good utilisation of the team’s time. While we were excited to start using Gainsight for our success plans compared with our previous solution, the time wasted in creating multiple similar success plans from scratch is a real negative for us. The ability to clone or duplicate success plans is vital for us and would mean that the process becomes as efficient and therefore Gainsight becomes much more valuable to our business than our previous solution.
The ability to clone success plans is a critical issue for our company and team, please do consider this a high priority! Thank you.
From all the conversations and requests here, there is no doubt the ability to clone success plan is a must-have for a lot of companies using Gainsight! Can you imagine how this is going to leapfrog not only the clients’ workflow, but also Gainsight’s growth and performance when this is implemented? Wow! We’re all in this for success! Come on!
