Hi all!
I already placed this request with GS Support, who suggested I post it here as a Product Idea. We use HelpScout for our Knowledge Base and support ticketing system, and we’d love to be able to integrate it with PX’s In-App Hub, similarly to how ZenDesk integrates. We’re aware of all of the workarounds, and we may be able to move forward that way, but we’d love to see this as a native integration to avoid some of the drawbacks of those workarounds.
