Help Text in Report Legends

Not sure if this has been suggested before or if it’s feasible, but here is my ask: Would it be possible to add a feature in report settings where admins can enable a customized help text box to appear in report legends? My thought is that when the end user hovers over any of the legend options, a help text box would pop up, sharing a brief but clarifying description of what each legend option is (of course, filled in by the admin). Once the user hovers off of the legend option, the help text box would disappear. I picture this looking similar to the pop up that currently appears when hovering over any data points in a graphical report.

I understand that end users should generally be aware of what each option in report legends are referring to, but sometimes busy CSMs may need a reminder, and that reminder could live right within Gainsight instead of them reaching out to an admin, co worker, or parsing through documentation for help.
