Thanks for introducing the new Home page. I have an enhancement request. When we add a filter on the home page, there is no option to rename the filter names.

+5Very important given how repetitive the field names down a lookup rabbit hole can be.
+2Just wanted to add a comment to try and get more traction. This makes it very hard for people using home to differentiate what they are filtering. As mentioned above, the “name” field definitely gets repetitive.

The enhancement was not picked up last year. We will need to revist the ask next year
+1This is becoming more impactful with the push by Gainsight to get users on the new Home experience. Can we get this prioritized, it should be so simple.

Nobody can use home if the filters are all:
- Name
- Name
- Name
- Name
- ARR
- Name
- Renewal Date
+5I can’t believe this seemingly simple ask is still not addressed. Because we’re not allowed to rename out-of-the-box MDA fields...
...we are stuck with the “CSM” naming convention. And because Gainsight Home does not allow us to edit the name of filters, we are now stuck with a filter named “CSM” on our default Home layout despite us not using that naming convention anymore. This lack of functionality is compounding on us and resulting in a frustrating experience for admins and end users alike.
