Horizon AI reporting - more insight

I noticed that currently, Admins do not have a way to report on certain aspects of the Horizon AI data. One big example is, I’d like to be able to look at Cheat Sheet refresh numbers. Since refreshing Cheat Sheet data is a new step for CSMs to learn and incorporate into their workload, I would like to be able to have data to potentially trigger a CTA and help remind the CSMs to refresh their customers’ Cheat Sheet data. 

Additionally, I feel like there would be benefit to having access to the various Meeting Assist data points that are brought up: How many Gong Calls have been analyzed per month/quarter, for example. Or being able to pull in/track Meeting Assist data generated from calls with Customers who are at high risk for churn; or customers who require more attention due to their segment, things like that. There is so much actionable data that could be had from those insights that we do not have access to as end-user admins.
