Horizon Cockpit: Make My CTAs custom view editable

@darkknight it is a standard view given by Gainsight. 

@sai_ram yes, but users are complaining that the view didn’t have a way to sort or display next task due date...which requires all users to individually add that column to the view because I don’t have the ability to edit it.

Admins should be able to edit it. I don’t see any reason why we shouldn’t.
