Horizon Rules - Tab Management Concern

The new horizon ui for bionic rules is great, it has new fields, sort capability, cleaned up, modernized and a great set of things.

It does, however have one major concern and one other concern.

The old Rules Engine would open up new tabs in your browser when you would enter edit from the Execution Results page but experienced users would get smart about things and click the pencil that would then open up the edit screen in the same tab.  This was a great thing.

The Horizon Rules Engine doesn’t do that, it will always open a new tab.  Yesterday in doing development in 18 minutes it opened 32 new tabs, a great area to improve. 

There is great things in the new UI, this one really needs to be addressed.
