Hybrid Cockpit view that shows CTA AND Tasks

Our users would like the ability to create a Cockpit view that has both CTAs assigned to them, as well as tasks assigned to them in CTAs where they are not the owner. They don’t want to see all of the other tasks in a CTA not owned by them, just the tasks they are responsible for.

This would eliminate switching back and forth between views.
