I would like to allow members to access topics of interest, such as AI is it possible to follow a tag?

I would like to allow members to follow a tag
This would be a great add to community functionality.
Potential use cases:
- Allows user to follow content series
- Super users can follow product or topics they are interested in to allow them to focus just on the questions that they have knowledge in
Ideally following/subscribing to a tag would send a notification when something was posted with that tag to alert the user of new content.
