Idea: Control Which Zoom Users Share Data with Staircase AI
Problem
Some customers want tighter control over which Zoom meeting transcripts Staircase AI can ingest. Today, access is broad once Zoom is connected.
Proposed Solution
Add user-level controls for Zoom ingestion—similar to how domain integration works.
How it could work

Allow admins to approve specific Zoom users (by email) whose meeting transcripts can be ingested
