Ideas in a private/hidden category or private group

Request: Allow users to to create an ‘idea’ type post within a private group or a hidden/private community category. Ideally, this would be a setting that community admins could toggle on/off at the group level or page category level. The ideas would only exist within the specific group/category with the toggle on, and could be transferred to the general ideation section of the community once a group/category is deprecated. 

Use case: When running private or beta feedback initiatives, we’d like to create private community groups or hidden categories for specific users to join and provide feedback on upcoming features. At this time, users can only create questions or conversations within these private groups and hidden categories. Ideally, we’d like users to create ideas, which would unlock functionality like upvotes and setting idea statuses. 

Impact: This has big implications on our use of groups and private community categories, and the effectiveness of feedback campaigns.
