ILT - ability to customize email for cancellation or change of event

There are existing customizable email templates for new events or event reminders. We would like to request the same ability when emails go out if an event is changed or cancelled, and calendar invites. This will allow us to customize the emails to another language. Currently, if an event is changed or customize, all customers receive an english email, which is not ideal. 

Core Issue

• System-generated emails for live training events (change notifications, cancellations, calendar invites) cannot be localized or customized
• French-language customers are receiving English-only communications — a violation of Quebec language law requirement
