The feature would be defo useful.

Images in Timeline Activities are still a struggle today. You can add them by pasting or dragging them in, but you cannot resize or format them in any way. Our CSMs mention this at the no. 1 reason for sticking with OneNote for their meeting notes instead of adding them directly in Gainsight. Is this still being looked at?

​Sad to see this was parked a year ago.  Came up again for me today, and wanted to come ping again.

Hi ​@heather_hansen , we have reviewed this and we may not be able to support the enhancement in near future. We are working on Auto-logging of Emails and while attachments and inline images are not supported in first phase , we are already considering if we can make inline images captured automatically as attachments as well. I think it help improve the experience.
