Currently, Company Intelligence is not including publicly available information about companies going through layoffs or reductions in force (RIF).
According to Gainsight support, these events are captured by Company Intelligence but not made available to the end users due to it being classified as “business outlook & projections” instead of “downsizing”.
Can we please have “business outlook & projections” as an additional category within Company Intelligence? Due to this gap, our CSMs aren’t proactively informed about their portfolio.
