Improve Drag and Drop Functionality for Dashboards and 360 sections

This post already covers a lot of the feedback I have regarding the lackluster drag and drop experience when configuring dashboards. 

Now, however, the same exact issue is happening with the new C360 and R360 experience. I love a lot of the new enhancements, but dragging and dropping widgets, fields, and reports into the Summary section, for example, is painful to say the least. Any little change I want to make usually results in having to essentially rebuild the whole section because all my stuff flies all over the place. Is there anything we can do to improve this experience?
