Improve Section display on new C360

On the new C360 design, when there are a lot of sections to display, the user has to use a slide scroll bar to see what sections are available 

Would like the option of having all sections display by default in a wrapped line like this, that way they can quickly see what sections are available and make a choice without having to scroll or select from a picklist.
