Improve Segments list view to show more details

The “Segments” list view doesn’t give you all the high-level information you need to be confident in your Segment.

Like other List View areas of the product, we’re able to add additional columns to show more information about our list of elements on one screen.

For Segments, we should also be able to see from List View:

• Next Scheduled Run
• Created by
• Created on

My main issue is with not seeing Next Scheduled Run. Even though there is a “Status” for Segments, I don’t see anywhere where I can change that Status. My only way to de-activate a Segment is to turn of the schedule, and I can’t see from List View which Segments have the Schedule turned off vs turned on. I have to click into each segment to get this information.
