Improve Staircase Meeting Summaries Turnaround

As per support, it is taking 2-4 hours for Staircase to produce meeting summaries and this is inefficient for a CSM that might have multiple customer calls in a day 

Request is to improve the turnaround of these meeting summaries to match other call recording tools like Fathom, Outreach and Gong, that turn it around almost instantaneous
