Improve the notification email content for Data Designer runs

Would it be possible to have a better email formatting and content for Data Designer notifications?

I believe the huge image on top can be shrunk or even removed, giving more room to the actual content of the email.

It’d be amazing to be able to toggle the giant image off, and allow us to create our own template for these types of emails (goes for “Report failed to load” notifications as well).

What’d be awesome if is we were able to build out tokenized notification emails that were unique for the notifications in question, especially if we needed to be able to pull in a specific field (ex: reports sent externally, tokenize the account rep’s name/email) to follow up, or link to a specific FAQ or support page.

Definitely agree with the image being way too large. Across the board, I find a lot of the notification emails (including rules) to be lackluster and really aren’t the most actionable.

The one area that I find provides valuable content is the Connector notices with the number of passed/failed records -- maybe moving towards something like that would be more insightful.

Absolutely agreed - I am certain that most recipients of these emails find it more of a hindrance than a help when having to scroll past some clip art/stock image taking up their entire screen. And, like Michael said - please make these emails more actionable. As admins, we’re already dealing with multiple notification emails per day (or even per hour) - this would be a simple, welcome improvement.

Any updates here? Obviously not a huge priority right now compared to other features/roadmap items, but it’d be good to have a conversation on how these emails could be improved.
