As an admin, I want to be able to analyze emails logged in Gainsight to determine which are inbound and which are outbound.

 

Example:

In looking at engagement, is the email TO or FROM the CSM?

In order to do this, it would be create to either have a directional field that indicates or a to and from field directly in the object.

@manda.edmonds , we have realised that there has been a gap in not capturing these details in the Email activity and are currently working on a feature to introducing the To , From and CC fields in Email activity types. This will be admin controlled and will not be enabled directly.
