Improve Upvote Visibility on Ideas After Threaded Replies

Since the threaded replies update, the upvote button on ideas has moved to the bottom alongside likes and replies. I feel that this is making it less intuitive to find and act on.

Ideas are high-intent actions and members often arrive at an idea specifically to vote, and the placement should reflect that intent.

What I'd love to see:

• Vote count & vote action ability visible prominently - ideally at the top of the idea
• Upvote placement reconsidered for ideas specifically
• Overall clearer visual distinction between ideas and regular posts
