The permissions for a Staircase user should prevent ICs from being able to delve into the performance data of other ICs such as sentiment and response time. I’m not sure what the use case is that would require that level of access, but have a lot of feedback that that information should not be shared. Additionally, the help documentation actually indicates that they should also only be able to see their own accounts, but they can see all accounts.
