Improvements for Journey Analytics Dashboard

The new dashboard released by gainsight is very helpful but I want to make suggestions that may make it a bit more end user friendly:

• Turn the programs global filter to a picklist - most of our end users don’t know the name of the program since it’s on the back end
• give admins the ability to pre-filter which programs are available - we have internal programs that we do not want to be surfaced in this dashboard, I want to take away the ability for our end users to select them within the programs filter
