Improvements to Search for Associated Objects

Hi there - 

We recently rolled out Associated Objects for our Timeline entries, and we had a few CSMs point out that they wish the system would simply provide a dropdown list for available CTAs and Success Plans to associate to. I know that the search currently functions the same way as the internal/external attendee list does where it needs to see at least 2 characters, but I’m wondering for CTAs and Success Plans specifically, could the system change that to show a dropdown list of available ones to associate?

Two main reasons: 

1. Unlike associating to companies or logging attendees, CSMs often don’t know the name of the CTA or Success Plan off the top of their head, which means they have to go back to the C360 to figure that out, then back to the Timeline entry. 
2. There are rarely more than a handful of CTAs or Success Plans open for a single account, so this isn’t like Person or Company records where there could be hundreds or thousands of records, making a dropdown list not feasible.
