In-App Hub (formerly KC Bot) Search | Filter results by Zendesk Category
Today we can only pre-filter the search function by our Knowledgebase Label in Zendesk, which creates an issue because we distinguish between products by Category instead of label.
It would be great to be able to set our search filters via the Zendesk integration by Category. This Function was possible in our previous vendor.
