Being able to identify references is important. At the same time it would also be important to know which CSMs identified a particular person as a reference. The reasons to know the CSM that identified the reference is to know who to follow up with to get more details about the reference. 

 

While we can create a lookup to User from the Person object and add it to the person section, we can only see the User’s ID but not their Name.

 

This behaviour in the Person section is not consistent with what we notice in other parts of 360, like the Summary, Attributes, and Low volume record edits and could be improved.

Name isn’t necessarily going to be a field via the lookup if we have a lookup to a custom object. 

We need to be able to show values from other objects, through lookups, in the people section of C360 and R360, and to show whatever value we need to show. Not just the “name” (which doesn’t work in custom objects accessible through lookups).
