Inbound email permissions

Dear Team,

At the moment, our only choice is to manually add people to inbound email addresses. Because adding every user manually requires a lot of manual effort when the user list is large, it would be excellent to have a bulk assigning of users to the inbound email address in the inbound emails page or using by using rules.

Yes please!

The Onboarding of users to Gainsight is gradually becoming easier. However, some steps will require a one-action-for-each-new-user approach, and Inbound email provisioning is one of them.

At least, admins should be able to report on users not set-up properly in order to be more proactive.

Any updates on this idea? We’ve been told the admin experience is improving but this is a big pain point when managing a large team of users.
