Include a new datetime format "yyyy-MM-dd H:mm:ss "

Hello Team,

One of the customers requested to add the new datetime format “yyyy-MM-dd H:mm:ss” in the S3 rules. As this particular datetime format is not available, the customer needs to manually update the whole data to match the existing datetime format in Gainsight.
