Include AI-Generated Action Items in Timeline Email Body

Hi everyone

Our CSMs had some feedback around the AI Follow-Up Notes feature. Right now, when sending an email from the Timeline, we can share the meeting transcript, but the action items need to be added manually.

It would be super helpful if the AI-generated action items could automatically be included in the email body along with the transcript. This would save time and make follow-ups a lot more seamless for the team.

    Our CSMs had the same feedback. The workaround was to go to the staircase part of the product which does include the action items when sharing from email, but we can’t ask CSMs to go to a different part of the product for something that should be available in timeline.
