Include an option to show Gainsight Copilot in the Salesforce C360 Lightning Web Component

In the new Salesforce Gainsight CS managed package, when you add the Gainsight CS App LWC to a Salesforce layout, which includes the Gainsight left sidebar, users can access Gainsight Copilot.

However the Gainsight 360 Widget LWC removes the Copilot button from the standard C360 view. I have been told by support this was intentional to make the widget a more streamlined view of the C360, but its a core component that we want to encourage our Salesforce users to use to find out more about their accounts.

The 360 Widget LWC even includes a “Show Sally Bot” option, which is no longer a feature of Gainsight, so it doesn’t work anymore. It would make sense that showing the Copilot button would also be a selectable option for this view.
