Include links in shared reports

Shared reports using Report Builder (sharing as a Link, not Excel) does not include the hyperlinks like a typical report in Gainsight. Why is this? For example, if you share a report with Company Name, CTA Name, and CTA Due Date, the recipient is unable to click on the Company Name or CTA Name to open up that record in Gainsight. 

Please include the links to records in shared reports.

    Absolutely agree! I can understand that sometimes there may be a reason someone DOES NOT want links displayed, but couldn’t there be an option to toggle links on or off for the records, with an option to choose a default setting? (ex: downloadable report data)
