Include Milestones as Optional Assocation with Timeline Activity

Could it be considered to add a checkbox that will associate timeline activities with customer journey/timeline events? Sometimes a a timeline event is also part of a meeting or activity type, and having the ability to check a box that would also add it to customer journey based on impact would be very helpful. Currently it requires 2x the work and is much easier to miss.
