Increase character count on CTA Type name

Hey @sarahmiracle, thank you for posting on Community. Seems like a great idea, however the PMs have to check the feasibility of this enhancement on their roadmap and get back to you.

@sarahmiracle How many characters do you typically have for the type name?

@sriram pasupathi we use CTA Types for outlining specific risk types. We get more specific than saying the “Type” and we are using “Type” for “Risk Type.” This is because it’s the only way we can have a required way of collecting this required data upon creation. The “Reason” is used for the reason for having the risk. 

Therefore, some of our Types may include:

• Low Product Adoption
• Pricing & Contractual

So I would say 30-40 at most.

We will be increasing the maximum length of the CTA Type name to 80 as a part of Admin Redesign. I will keep this thread updated on the progress of the project.
