Currently, the search bar in the PX bot only indexes the titles of articles written directly in PX. This requires us to intuit how users will search for content and title our articles accordingly, or jam every possible search term they would use in the title.
External searches (ex: Google, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.) index both the title and content of the articles; However, there are limitations there that prevent us from going that route. Also, it just feels like it would make more sense for the content we’re building directly in the app to be more searchable by the app’s search function.
